What makes
us so darn special?  Well, besides great prices and an extensive selection, we stock what we sell. We
believe in the gear we offer, enough so that we invest in the inventory. This
is one thing that makes us unique in the world of internet commerce apparently. Many of
our competitors do not actually maintain an inventory, we do! Because we stock
what we sell we can ship in a more timely fashion, and buffer periodic
shortages from suppliers. The items listed on
CharkBait are things we stock, in our warehouse.
We have both a retail store and a large warehouse, both located in Huntington
Beach California. We maintain a million dollar inventory of fishing equipment
so that we can supply our clients in a timely fashion. We are not some phantom
on the 'net, unlike many operations you'll come across on-line. You
can feel secure working with us, knowing that should there be any problem with
an item or order we'll work to resolve it properly. We've been serving clients
on-line for over 10 years time.
We are large enough to
purchase directly form most of our suppliers rather than solely through a
distributor or other third party. This cuts our operating cost, which results
in better values for our clients. It also ensures warranty coverage should
that be necessary down the road. We are listed with Huntington Beach's Better
Business Bureau, we have a track record with clients and with manufacturers.
CharkBait's been around for over ten years now. We employ ten people
currently,
each committed to doing their best to serve our clients. Fact is, five out of
ten folks working here own their own boats and the rest of us are avid
fishermen and fisherwomen. We're not perfect, but we're working on it. We've
improved each year, and we'll continue to strive to perform to your highest
expectations. We were the first on-line tackle shop, it's our goal to be your
favorite option for purchasing quality fishing gear. If ever there is a

multi-level security provisions for Internet orders, providing state of the
art peace of mind for our clients. We do NOT keep your credit card on file.
Your credit card details are purged, for your security. We do not "hold" your
credit care info, on-line, on our server, or at our offices - for your
security. Further, the fact that we've been around, and grown, attests to our track record of providing our clients with good
tackle, good advice, and safe reliable service.
Upon placing your order you'll receive an
immediate confirmation via email. You are not billed at that time. Within 24
hours of your order you will receive a
follow-up email confirmation and final invoice reflecting your total charges
(Monday-Friday). You are not billed until we send you your final invoice.
Orders shipped to CA addresses will have California Sales Taxes applied, out
of state orders are tax free. As well, orders over $100 are shipped
FREE!*
(Within the USA via UPS ground. Oversize/weight items will be billed for
shipping and you will be send an emailed invoice reflecting total charges
prior to actual billing. We will not ship without you having had a chance to
