Sevenstrand sold their 65 year old company to the folks that bring us Berkley, Abu Garcia.  As a result of the change in ownership, merchandise now must be shipped half way around the country. A further change will be a reduction in the number of patterns offered.  We have a fairly small inventory of skirts available at our shop.  Given the shipping issues and high quantity required for ordering (at least a dozen skirts at a time per color) we can not accept small replacement skirt orders - unless we have the model in stock.  Please use this page as a reference only.  If you need octopus skirts, visit the PLine skirt page. We have those products in stock, and the ordering requirements are much less.

SEVENSTRAND SKIRTS

Sevenstrand has been producing exceptionally high quality fishing tackle for over 60 years. They make a wide range of lures and rigging gear, and are dedicated to sportfishing. Sevenstrand manufactures all their products here in California, USA.  As a result, expect superior materials, manufacturing, and consistency of patterns. 

Getting bit is what it's all about, and Sevenstrand lures do get bit.  The only downside is that after a significant level of abuse even the best skirts need replacing.  So, after receiving several inquiries about obtaining skirts, and hearing from guys who are trying to rebuild their lures, CharkBait has added the following gems to our offering: Sevenstrand's Psychotails and new Octopus Skirts.   The skirts should be familiar to you, Sevenstrand sells them to many, many quality manufacturers for use on their own lures. 

CharkBait stocks all items offered on our Internet Catalog...except these.  Typically the patterns are available in local inventory (Sevenstrand is located about 10 miles from my home...).  But, that's not always the case.  So, please allow a bit of extra delivery time.  I've had some patterns that have taken several weeks,  unfortunately.  We do stock some of the patterns, but not all.  In the case of special orders on these lures, we must be a little hard nosed and state clearly that orders on these skirts are non-cancelable and will be billed upon receipt of your order.  As an alternative to special ordering, we do stock the PLine Octopus skirts fully.
