Upon placing  your order you'll receive an immediate confirmation via email. You are not billed at that time. We process orders manually, preferring to have a human actually check things over and contact you should there be questions. Within 24 hours of placing your order you will receive a follow-up email confirmation and final invoice reflecting your total charges (Monday-Friday). You are not billed until we actually send you your final invoice.  Orders shipped to CA addresses will have California Sales Taxes applied, out of state orders are tax free. Orders over $100 are shipped FREE!* Orders less than $100 are billed $10.00 for shipping. During the ordering process you can select expedited shipping if required. (Within the USA we ship via UPS ground. International, and oversize/weight items will be billed for shipping and you will be sent an emailed invoice reflecting total charges prior to actual billing. We will not ship without you having had a chance to review the invoice).

SMOKEHOUSE PRODUCTS

Here's a great new addition to our post-fishing-trip offerings. Smokehouse makes some terrific smokers, the finest value, quality and performance we know of. In addition to that they offer something that sets them apart. The Smokehouse Smoke-n-Fold units are unique in that they fold down into a compact space! This may not seem like a big deal, but as I have learned from personal experience, when you're not actually using the smoker they take up a lot of space needlessly. Space is always an issue, whether on a boat or in a garage. I upgraded my old Luhr Jensen to their largest size a couple years ago and have loved using it, but I don't like finding a place to keep it in my overcrowded garage. If this product was on the market back when I bought mine I would have picked up the Smokehouse without any doubt at all. They smoke great, fold up for storage, and they're made from better materials (stainless steel or carbon steel verses aluminum). They are both powerful 450 watt products. The smokers come with a bag of hickory chips, so you're ready to go. Once you're finished smoking, collapse the Smoke-n-Fold into a mere fraction of it's former size for unobtrusive storage.

LUHR JENSEN SMOKERS

1111c.jpg (26104 bytes)Luhr Jensen from Oregon makes some excellent lures, like the highly productive Krocodile Spoon, but they also know a bit about preparing fish once you've caught 'em. 

1111b.jpg (21532 bytes) Jensen offers several smokers.  The Mini Chief is small enough to store without hassle, and with all the tackle that's crept into my place, space is an issue.  The Mini Chief is small, but big enough to handle 20 lbs. of tuna  easily.  It's also very efficient for dealing with a barracuda or a ham (forget the 28 lb. turkey though).  It has three drying racks, which load through the top.  The whole rack easily comes right out of the smoker, so you can load it up in the kitchen then stick it back where it belongs.  

While the Mini was fine for my needs, their larger models might be more your style.  All of these great smokers come with a bag of Hickory chips and a good instruction booklet with lots of great ideas.  Units are pre-assembled, so you can get smoking in a hurry.  The top and front loading Little Chiefs allow you a lot more room so you can tackle bigger birds, larger cuts of meat, and a bigger families appetite.  The top-of-the-line Big Chief offers substantial interior room, and a larger heating element.
