Upon placing your order you'll receive an
immediate confirmation via email. You are not billed at that time. We process
orders manually, preferring to have a human
actually check things over and contact you
should there be questions. Within 24
hours of placing your order you will receive a
follow-up email confirmation and final invoice reflecting your total charges
(Monday-Friday). You are not billed until we actually send you your final invoice.
Orders shipped to CA addresses will have California Sales Taxes applied, out
of state orders are tax free. Orders over $100 are shipped
FREE!* Orders less than $100 are billed for shipping. During the
ordering process you can select expedited
shipping if required.

and oversize/weight items will be billed for
shipping and you will be sent an emailed invoice reflecting total charges
prior to actual billing. We will not ship

longer than 7 feet carry an additional shipping
charge of $12, rods 7 feet or less are shipped
at n/c so long as the order is over $100 going
to one destination (Alaska and Hawaii may have
additional charges or restrictions). This is for

Combine to Create Seeker's Very Best Rods
 Seeker
has been busy designing a new series of rods, the Super Seekers. They
began introducing the rods this year (2007), with new models being
manufactured almost each week. They have produced the majority of the blanks
(as of this writing). The
new rods will be one step beyond the Black Steel series, with heavier
construction, guides and material changes. These
are truly The State of Art blanks and
rods combining the classic look
with the latest technology in materials. The blank color is brown with a
tangerine finish. All blanks have a double-coat of epoxy finish heavy duty
double foot guides... The aim of Seeker is simply to produce the best rods
ever manufactured.

Art Materials
 120 carbon fiber and “S” Glass with our new EH04
Epoxy Resin System. Seeker refers to this new material as Carbon-fiber
Superglass, and it's appropriate.
 By using carbon fiber transitioning into an
“S” glass tip we have built the most powerful and fastest recoil blanks Seeker
has ever built. The new rods also feature American Tackle Company's new Titan
solid titanium frame ring guides which are 100% corrosion resistant. They are
also 65% lighter than standard guides and are the most flexible live bait and
standup boat guides on the market. The roller rods use AFTCO guides. The grip
material is not hypolon, it's a new compound that's much more functional and
longer lived. You'll notice that your hands don't become as slippery on the rod,
there's no twisting, and it's also a more comfortable material.
These
rods were built to match today's
powerful two speed reels such as Avet and Accurate. The grip material is totally
new, as is the blank material which incorporates the finest fiberglass as well
as the very best carbon fiber made and meshed with the new resin formula from
Seeker. Even the reel seats are top drawer, not composite but rather aluminum.
The rods are uncompromising in terms of quality and fishability. These are not a
graphite rod, or a graphite composite. They are a totally new design,
 incorporating many of the unique benefits of the other materials but with some
added enhancements to produce a stronger rod that's also relatively light in
weight (though that's not the main design focus of these rods). They are made
for strength, lifting power, and durability. Simply put, they are designed and
constructed to be the very best rods on the market, without compromise.
 Why
use S glass and 120 Carbon Fiber? Because when blanks break they usually break
on the bottom side of the blank. The top side of the blank can stretch more than
the bottom side can compress. By using the “S” glass tip and the EH04 resin
system it gives these blanks three times the compression strength of “E” glass
and produces faster recoil.
Three years in testing has produced the most
powerful and fastest recoil blanks and
rods Seeker has ever built.

NEW: Seeker
Rod Company Has Done it AGAIN! Long range
fishermen asked for it, and they built it. The
newest Seeker rod for taking on big tuna is the
company's seven foot 2x4.
This rod incorporates the best of both worlds.
The 2x4 is, in many ways a marriage of two of
Seeker's most popular blanks. The tip of the 2x4
is based off an XXH tip section. That tip allows
some flex at heavier lines, providing better
bait presentation through longer casts, while
also serving as a bit of a shock absorber for
anglers who like to fish short topshots. The BIG
aft section of the rod is based off a XXXXH butt
section that has been drawn out to make a seven
foot rod. This makes the 2x4 about a foot longer
than your traditional stand up rod in it's line
class. This new rod is made from Seeker's famous
S glass, BH04 Resin system, unique grip
material, famous forgiveness and strength. The
right blank, carbon fiber and S Glass, the right
components and guide set - titanium and matched
with the right action and design. The longer
more comfortable foregrip helps while fighting
the fish, utilizing the flex in the longer tip,
and the motion of the boat while resting the rod
on the rail.
The
2x4 has been tested extensively by Seeker's
staff, and already has 300# plus fish to it's
credit. It's a must have in the serious angler's
arsenal. It's perfect for making long casts with
a mackerel on those
days where bait presentation is everything, be
it sliding on spots of porpoise or anchoring up
on one of the banks. While it's made for our
West Coast style of long range fishing, this rod
will have serious application for our East Coast
and Gulf Clients going after larger fish. Put
the 2x4 to work for you. The rod is triple
wrapped, has an aluminum gimbal as one would
expect for this class of fishing rod. It's
stout, but surprisingly comfortable in the
hands. Fish 80-100# easily on this rod, and it
can bounce up or down a class given the
lightness of the tip and capability of the butt.

CharkStraps &
CharkWraps
 Two new items from us, not necessarily
the most creative or revolutionary products we've ever come
up with, but nonetheless they are useful and they are a bit
different than what's available from others.
Our RodWraps are an upgrade from the
StickJackets we've carried for several years. We've made
ours a bit larger in
diameter so that they will accommodate larger saltwater
guides, even larger spinning guides. The StickJackets were
really made for freshwater use, sized accordingly but we
used their spinning models for our application. Now we've
got 'em made our way. We've reinforced the
top with a leatherette end piece and metal grommet which can
be used to hang rods, and we've increased the diameter to
allow your rods, even those using larger AFTCO wind-on
roller guides or larger size spinning guides to fit. The
Wraps are about 5 feet in length, will extend down the rod
into the handle material of most rods. They are not made to
cover the entire rod, only that portion it's designed to
protect - the blank, the finish, the guides.
 These
wraps are all that I've been using now for the past few
years. I like the fact that I can use them for storage
protection, travel protection as well as leave 'em on my
rods on the boat. They are breathable and they don't absorb
moisture. So, they help me protect my rods when they're
bundled up once the fishing is over. On most long range
trips out of San Diego, you move your rods onto the boat and
off the boat all bundled up. They may stay that way
overnight on the boat as well. For a cloth sock, that's no
good. So, you can write off any protection of the rod under
these conditions, and rods do get grouped, compressed,
bounced around while stored on the upper deck and in
handling at the end of a trip. So, when it's time to "take
down your gear" on a long range trip for bundling and
storage on the top deck during travel and boat cleaning,
I'll put my rods in the Jacket individually and in a pinch
two in the same sleeve. That's helped me protect my rods,
their guides, and keep things organized and together at the
end of the trip. With
these things you do get that protection when you need it
most. I even leave them on my rods when I get home and put
my fishing rods away for storage. I'll
spray off the rod jackets while still on the rod, loosening
any accumulated saltwater in the process. Then I'll take off
the wraps, clean the rods more thoroughly and allow them to
dry. Use of a cleaner like Penn's Rod and Reel cleaner for
that, and you've got things in great shape for your next
trip and your gear will stay in new condition. The Wraps are
five feet in length.
The other product we have for rod
organization are our CharkStraps. These are great for
bundling your rods together for transport or storage. You
can secure up to a half dozen rods with these things. Nice
thing about ours verses some others, they are made from a
softer foam/rubber material so they'll never scratch up your
rods. Unlike some similar products I've seen, we made it a
point to include three different sizes (which makes sense
since you'll use all three at different positions on your
bundled rods from the tip to near the reel seat). So, you
get three straps, all with Velcro through their length to
handle most any size bundle of rods you'll be totting, from
2 to 6 or more rods.
