Ande Premium Monofilament

Ande is a long time favorite line. It's a "standard" by which other mono lines are judged. Every brand of fishing line sets out to accomplish things anglers need: casting capability, limpness, strength, abrasion resistance. Different combinations of raw materials and steps along the manufacturing process produce different results. Ande is a very nice line, good balance of limpness and abrasion resistance. We stock the line in two flavors, clear and pink. Their pink/salmon colored line is a favorite, with their clear line also getting great marks from anglers, for years. There are times when it appears line color does make a significant difference; and I've certainly experienced those days when pink just seemed to get bit better.

ANDE IGFA Monofilament Line

We've had a number of requests over the years to stock Ande's Tournament IGFA rated mono lines. We've finally submitted to popular pressure. If you're targeting a record this is the stuff to have on your reels. Frankly for me, since the IGFA doesn't recognize Lizardfish as a gamefish, this line hasn't been something I needed to worry about.
