You are not billed until we actually send you your final invoice. Orders shipped to CA addresses will have California Sales Taxes applied, out of state orders are tax free. Tora Tubes

Here's a great lure, with a great tradition of fish catching appeal. For years the Tora Tube has produced fish, from bass, ling cod, assorted bottom fish to tuna these lures entice bites. I first became aware of these squid imitations when I rode the 1/2 and 3/4 day party boats. The old timers would toss one back off the stern and invariably land the jackpot. Big sandies and calico bass inhaled 'em. Later I saw them work their wonders fishing deeper drops, even tossing 'em to tuna boiling off the stern. Freshwater bassers found the lures just as successful, with their smaller lures being very well received along the tournament trail. The big squids look to me like they'll do a trick with a white seabass. Load 'em up with scent and put 'em on the bottom.

If you haven't fished 'em in a while, give them a try now. If you're unfamiliar with this West Coast standby, definitely try them in your home waters. They're a hollow body lure, so you can rig them in a number of ways, internal lead, leadhead, lots of options. Some of our local halibut hunters like to stick a small piece of sponge up the big 6 inchers soaked in fish attracting scent. They can work wonders. We are only stocking a few patterns at present, lime green, motor oil and luminescent, they're the right colors indeed. We also have their unique leadheads in inventory, ready for quick shipping. We're also stocking the old standby internal leadhead from Strike Master. These weights are run inside the bait, then the eye of the hook is poked through the lure. They work well, and are a tad less expensive than the external/internal jig heads above. Both work well, the action is a bit different between 'em.

GIANT Tora Tube

Here's anther new item from a well proven lure manufacturer. This has been a lure a lot of the old timers remember fishing, but can't remember finding at a tackle shop for years. We have GIANT TORA TUBES! This is another squid imitation lure, loved by calico bass, croaker, anything that savors a good calamari dinner. These large lures (7" and FAT) come either pre-rigged or in a two pack replacment skirt pack. We are also stocking the unique lead heads in 4, 6 and 8 ounce weights.

The lures can be fished in a cast/retrieve mode, or slowly worked on the bottom. Cast it to some structure, or drop it over some deep water rocks and you stand a very good chance of being hooked up.
