You are not billed until we actually send you your final invoice. Orders shipped to CA addresses will have California Sales Taxes applied, out of state orders are tax free. De-Fishing soap is a product I frankly would never use myself, preferring to smell like bait when I'm fishing and returning home with the same olfactory obnoxiousness just so the wifeski has no doubts about what I've been up to. But, there are many more civilized anglers than I, who either don't want to smell like bait/fish, or simply don't want to smell like anything (in the hope that the lack of stench will make the fish less wary of their lure or other offering.)
