We've been searching out more products for night fishing, specifically targeting swordfish.  I turned to some guys who know the fishery here, as well as in Florida and Hawaii.  I talked to both sportfish guys and commercial long-liners.  Like the practice of long lining or not, the folks who spend the most time focused hunting the quarry know it best. The long-liners do some things we can't, and they do a lot of things we can do to enhance our opportunities. Watch The Perfect Storm, remember the fishermen's use of light sticks?  Well, we've got the good stuff, the commercial stuff. Look at the top on these.  Pull the line through the center, you're done. Quick and easy, and designed to do what we need 'em to do.  They're brighter, longer lasting, and designed to provide more light when you're most likely to draw a fish.
